Review:
The Beechworth Mountain Bike Park consists of a cross country singletrack, a short course downhill, a jumps area, and a beginners cross country loop. It has all been built with the help and approval of the Department of Sustainability, Parks Victoria and Indigo Shire Council.

The development of the park is ongoing and more recently they have been working to ensure the sustainability of the area, improving conditions and safety, and lengthening the trails. The park is set on a modest hill, but don't be fooled, there's a heap of great, fun trails packed in there.

The full intermediate cross country loop is just short of 10km and you can add/subtract a few different sections and side loops to either lengthen or shorten the lap to your desire. The trails are all very well signposted so getting lost is pretty much impossible.

It really is the perfect place for riders of all skill levels; there is an excellent mix of short pinch climbs, tight switchbacks, and technically challenging sections - all housed within singletracks that loop to/from a single trailhead. The downhill crew will also get their fill with a short, fast and technical track that is easily shuttled for endless runs.
