With over 40km of fully signed single-track, the Kalamunda Trails area is the most popular MTB destination in WA. It is only a 40 minutes drive from the centre of Perth, and is situated in both picturesque National Park and State Forest. Based on the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) grading for trail difficulty, most of the trails in the network are rated Blue Square (intermediate).
In addition there are several Green Circle (easy) trails and harder Black Diamond (difficult) trails. Most of the trails are one directional. Please obey these directions for your safety and enjoyment.
There are 4 car parks in the network. It is possible to shuttle the trail to the NE of Mount Gunjin (Judderbars, Lazarus & Loco en el Coco) by using the unsealed Gunjin Rd.
